front brakes/regrease front bearing job in North Van?

Have any other Deli members had any of the above work done by a Deli friendly shop in North Van?
I believe that someone had mentioned someone on Esplanade?
What should I expect to pay for the above job, and is it worth while to replace my shocks at this time too, to save on the expense; and yes, they do need replacing.

hey joe I go to RJD services in north van all the time now. I used to go to CVI for everything but it is along way to go. RJD is just off crown street by canadian tire in north van. Nathan and richard are the two fella's that work there and I have had excellent service there.
