Hey there.
I just wanted to let you wvo heads know that crappy tire has "Redi-Chek digital roasting themometer and timer"
on sale right now for $9.99 . I tried it out for my last batch of veggie oil and it worked great !! It has a 4 foot lead on it so you can drop it into your oil drum.
Anyway.....just thought it would let you know. I was taking readings with a hand held meat thermometer until now !!
170 deg. oil is hot to the touch !! lol's...
