Glow plug wiring mod
One of the difficulties of checking glow plugs is the need to disconnect all the glow plugs to determine if they are all working. An easy solution is to take the small nuts off, remove the bus bar, and toss it. Replace it with 4 heavy duty wires that go to the terminal that the bus bar was hooked up with. Use a small bolt with lock washer. Now to check your glow plugs, unscrew the bolt and take a test light. Clip the clamp end to 12 volts and touch the probe to each wire. If it lights up then the glow plug is good as you have got continuity. Just a few mins to check.
