Install New Headlamps (E coded and approved in Canada)
Install Day Time Running Module (DRL)
Install Front and Rear Markers (FRONT & REAR)
Install High Mount Brake Lamps when needed.
Parts, Installation, Inspection Certificate all included: $580.00

***NOTE: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS TO BE FULL FUNCIONAL TO PASS INSPECTION. IF THE TIRES, SUPENSION, BRAKE ARE OUT OF SEPC, ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL APPLY TO PASS INSPECTION, ***

Delica's also don't require High mount stop lamps to pass inspection, the stock brake lights are high enough.

Mine failed inspection without the high mount stop light and needed it added to pass.... (BC Inspection)

Your shop didn't know the rules because they are not clear. It passes without it, staright from the mouth of Brian Kangas!
