Okay, go back to page 9 and check the list again ... I had a small problem when cutting and pasting it the first time ... oops :)
It should be right this time ... let me know if I've missed anyone.

Re: Skid plate, pictures...
Looks like I might have to do some bribery. I'm #28, and if anyone takes two
How about I promise to leave town if I get one? Works on most people who know me
One thing I'm wondering about now are the bolts -- are they included? Today I put some quick-and-dirty protection on the underside. I used 1/4" mesh. But the bolts (looks like the same mounting method as the skid plate) are barely long enough to thread with the addition of a bit of mesh. Will they be long enough for the skid plate?
Here's what I did for the underside: I hope the skid plate you guys are making will replace the centre one, (or maybe I'll try to keep the mesh for added stone protection), but the side ones will stay.
For those wondering about my paranoia, the trip we are about to embark on, with Vancouver being the first stop, will have at least 1500 km of gravel road. I hope it was wasted time, but rather a bit of effort with mesh than a leaking radiator in the middle of nowhere.
The other protection I did about 5 years ago was for the foglights. The covers are just plastic, and I glued some spare 1/4" neoprene on them. That has probably protected them pretty well over the years. Yes, these aren't the stock foglights, but use the stock wiring. I won't get a chance to install the driving lights where the factory fogs where, I'll just have to live with the headlights for the trip.

Re: Skid plate, pictures...
To answer the question about hardware.....Yes. Stainless bolts will be included in the "kit"....lol's
Also washers for the upper mounting locations.. (also stainless) I would not want any rust stains running down the new shiny skidplates ! After trying to put one on jaggedfish's delica i might need to include a tap too !! Those bolts in the "giant manta ray mouth" of an air intake were quite rusted from 15 or so years of driving !!! (i will not include a tap,but one might be needed to make the job easier !)
The skid plate will provide protection to the whole middle area. Mesh could be added to the inside to make for a bug/gravel proof set up that would work quite nice. You could even block off the bottom row of holes in the winter by bolting on a peice of aluminum for deeper snow protection.
For the next batch i will do things different. It should take a hell of a lot shorter time. I am so sorry this is dragging on and on...
cheers isaac

OK, I'd like a plate too
I guess I won't make into the first batch, but if there is a 2nd run I'm in. What was the projected price?

Re: Skid plate, pictures...
The price will be $175 and include all hardware. I am sorry for the time this is taking. I swear this has been out of my control. It was just going to be a tiny project (2 skidplates) now it has gotten huge !! thank you everyone for waiting. The wait will be worth it. These are looking so nice. I get my van on monday or tuesday and then future projects (if any) will be shorter due to having a vehicle to take measurements from and play around on. When i get the plates i will put out a post that gives all the info for payment and delivery options. Anyone wanting info can always pm me. I have been very good at getting back to people right away. I am not a buisness. Just an average joe with a baby to take care of etc....etc....You guys and gals are family people ...you know how it is.
The guy who is helping me with the fab work has had my metal for over a month now and is having trouble getting time on the plasma table,It is summer and people are on vacation..... ( i am near the end of my rope) trust me i want these to be done.... lol's.
talk soon,
cheers
isaac
ps......PM me any time you want to...
