Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Rear End

Post by Muzzy »

Does anyone know the torque value for the rear sway bar? I noticed that there is a lot of side to side play. New bushing? Anyone have the correct part number for these? Also may sound like a pretty stupid question but where is the Power Steering reservoir located? I have a bit of a clunking in the front end if you move the wheel from side to side, standing still. Just want to make sure I'm not low on fluid.

If the steering box in the Delica is similar to the pajero there is an adjuster screw on the top of the box that you can use to take up the slack in the steering. You should adjust this while the wheels are pointed straight, but don't screw it in to far or your steering will bind.

Hi Muzzy, the power steering reservoir is located behind the drivers seat, slide it forward and tilt the backrest forward as well, lift the carpet and you will see the panel held by a wing bolt, undo bolt lift panel and all will be revealed.........good luck.
