Showcasing todays WVO install

Post by BCDelica »

Wanted to show off some neat and tidy WVO conversion work!

The install today was with a newer model of the system we run; SVD Enterprises converter in a Rabbit. Practice for an upcoming Delica owner.

It is a good install, but IMO that wiring is roughly 50% tidy. But that's my install practice, after it's tested and tried on a few long runs, pull most wires from where they connect and route then pretty. Yes I sound defensive, but each wire was cut to an even length during..

We'll be doing it nice before any WVO/bio fuel shows I hope??

update:
stupid VW only circulates water through the heater core when the lever is pushed over to hot. it opens a valve, you can see it in the photo, its in the middle of the top heater hose with a cable going to it. i gotta switch the T around with the valve.
