I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but how about a page that lists all members alphabetically, where they're from & a picture of their Delica? That way you could find out who drives that green over grey Delica I saw on Goldstream ave., or that really nice Chamonix I saw turning onto the highway & heading North towards Duncan the day I picked up my Delica?

Maybe with the option of listing it either alphabetically, or geographically, so you can search by area as well?

Kind of like an extension of the "was it you" page?

Probably the dumbest idea I've ever had?

One option for searching geographically is to change templates in your User Control Panel to "prosilver." To to this, go to User Control Panel, click on "Board Preferences", and change the setting under "my board style."

I think that your idea relates well to an earlier suggestion by junichi and others to have a picture gallery (Thread here). I'm still waiting for a version of PHPbbgarage compatible with PHPBB3 (this forum software). Unfortunately, it seems like the PHPBBGarage website isn't functioning (which suggests to me that we'll want to wait a more stable version!).

Hi Mark, thanks for your reply.

My suggestion was in relation to a member/Delica search specifically. For instance, I have told certain members that live in my area I'll be watching out for them. Since there isn't a pic of their Delica on their profile page & aside from me asking them to send one, I don't know what their ride looks like. It would be cool to go to a page that had an alphabetical list of members, where they're located & a pic of their Deli. That way I could recognize them "on the road".

As well, it'd be nice to have a feature where if I see a Delica in Langford, I could search by area to see who it was.

Maybe I'm just repeating myself. I'd love to hear if anyone else has some suggestions or feedback on this topic as well!

Hey Mark.

I was browsing the UK Delica forum & found a perfect example of my previous suggestion (rant);

It's even got a "Select sort method" that allows you to search for members alphabetically, or by location.

The only thing I would add is a place to put a pic of your Delica beside the username.

Is this possible?
