upgrading lines and seals pricing?

I'm curious to know what it would cost to replace rubber components on the fuel system. What would the parts cost, and if anyone's had it done, what would an install cost from a shop like CVI ? I want to use biodiesel soon, but want to prevent issues with degrading rubber.....
