Should I buy this L400?

I'm eyeing up a 1995 L400 Delica spacegear, jasper model.
221,139kms mostly on the hwy. New batteries and tires within the past year. Recently redid turbo, needs new overdrive switch

included:
-solar panel
-engine oil/filter
-powder-coated rock sliders
-roof kayak pads
-misc fluids (brake,atf,coolant)
-all seats (rear folding seats losing stitching, all others in mint condition)
-12v house battery
-2 sets of alloys with tires
-roof racks
-upgraded hitch
-new radio with aux

Plan to pull out the back, insulate, and convert into a camper.
Common problems I should be on the lookout for? Looking for a reality check before I pull the trigger on this one.

Checked the frame for rust yet? Common spots are the frame below the batteries, as well as above the rear bump stops.

If you still really want it get her checked out by a good mechanic in your area.
