I'm about to embark on a multi week road trip thru southern BC and Alberta. I came to realize I do not have a tire iron or jack.. Looking for recommendations for a jack I can bring along incase I get a flat. Thanks folks. (stock 1991 l300)

Just checking- you're looking in the left rear pillar, below the taillight through that plastic access hatch, right? I just ask because I used to work at a breakdown service, and almost no-one with an L300 knew where to look. (Of course I might have my inferences backwards: it's possible that people who know where their toolkit is don't use breakdown services).
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.

I did take a look and had no jack or tool kit in there.
