Re: Installation of Delica Front Bull Bar
Have a look at http://dinoevo.de/bull-bar/. If you don't have the bullbars, I imagine the upper brackets (the vaguely triangular bits that go into the front bumper either side of the oil cooler) are the most difficult to figure out.
The lower ends of the bars just go onto the lower chassis rail- there are a few pictures in this thread http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17357.
The bolts are probably M10x1.25.
I'm not very familiar with the 2WD L300s, but I know the chassis and front suspension is different. It'll be interesting to see just how different the chassis is.
It might be best to avoid typing in ALL CAPS, as it usually comes across as impolite or demanding. I appreciate you're excited about your new bull bars, but I'm not sure they're *that* exciting.

HI friend,
Thanks for sharing the images. I am extremely sorry if you felt that wording as impolite. I was never expected my wording means that kind of thing.
Yes i was little excited that might be the reason.
The shared links images were helped for me have a understand. but little unclear how bull bar lower end has join with the chassis.
will you be able to do me a favor? If you have a delica with bull bar could you please share your own images of how bull bar lower end has fixed to the chassis? that might be a great help.
Thanks and Regards

Here we go- left and right mount points. It's tricky to get a good photo as there are lots of things in the way, and it's raining so I wasn't going to roll around on the ground:
On each side it's just a single M10x1.25 bolt that goes into a captive nut in the chassis rail.

2wd L300's have straight chassis rails, while 4x4 models have a 45 degree upturn then horizontal towards the front.

Hi,
Thank you very much for the images and your ideas. Yes there is a different of chassis. but that might not be a big problem i will do something for that.
Other thing is only that bolt is enough for fix this bull bar? i mean strength is enough? or is there any other place to put some bolts? (either side of oil cooler)???
Anyway i got the clear pictures thanks again.
