Finally finished the job, it's not easy in an apartment.... I had to paint all of the pieces individually on my balcony. Sorry I forgot to take pictures on how to take it apart.

To remove the bumper I did the following steps:

1- remove plate guarding the oil filter. 2 bolts front edge, 2 bolts back edge, 1 bolt on either end.
2- 3 large bolts holding the bottom of the bar attached to the frame. 2 on the drivers side, one on the passenger.

now that all the bolts have been removed from underneath it is safe to remove the last bolts on the front

3 - on either side of the grill you will find rubber caps. remove to fine one bolt and one nut on ether side.

Lift the bumper and pull towards you and it should drop down. Best to have two people, but it's not to difficult to manage alone.

I painted the bumper and bars with 4 coats of PlastiDip. I also touched up the frame pieces with a few new coats of flat black rust paint.

I'm happy with the results. Now let's see how durable the PlastiDip really is.....

I think I might copy this. The plastic around my fog lights and bull bar is really faded

Thanks for the pics!
