Howdy!
Just picked up a 1999 Chamonix 3000 V6. First thing I did was drive it down to Waterton Lakes with the dog and do some cycling and camping. Unfortunately I noticed starting in the morning that it's got the characteristic white coolant smoke puff. Bummer.
As far as I can tell, the part number for the Montero and 3000GT are the same for the head gasket (both SOHC and DOHC). Can anyone confirm that?

Welcome to DC, our community and our newly rejuvenated website. Find your gasket part number on Amayama Trading, punch it into google and some sites will tell you what other vehicles it fits.
it's not common knowledge and searches are for you
. it's also not a common problem on the newer delicas.
Mine is also a 99 Chamonix gasser
. How many kilometers? Any coolant loss/leaks? Bubbling/gurgling/overheating in the overflow bottle? Overflow of coolant?
Good luck
