Burnaby BC Pajero Owner

Post by rock_shoes »

Delica.ca has been an excellent source for me whenever I'm seeking JDM mitsubishi information. With that said I thought it time to create an account of my own. I own a 95 SWB Pajero (Betty) with the 4m40T so many things cross-over with the L400 Delica. It's been an interesting ride with the old girl so far. We've dealt with everything from pleasant surprises like its shocking 4x4 prowess to informing a mechanic in Eugene Oregon that he needed to order Montero parts to fix my oddball car. Currently I'm looking forward to many years of low maintenance use as pretty well all the high cost culprits have now been taken care of (injection pump rebuild, new head, turbo rebuild).

Agreed. Originally we were looking for a LWB Gen 2 but we fell in love with her (the relatively rare manual transmission probably didn't hurt any). Right now it's just myself and my fiance so a quick flip of the seats and the SWB has more than enough space for us. The only issue is the somewhat diminutive fuel tank which I'm looking to solve with a 105L replacement from Australia.
