New Owner In Need of Guidance
Hey guys, just bought an L300 that came with a couple of issues Im hoping to fix myself here asap. The first order of business in no Low Beams or running lights? Second order of business is some Gear oil running down the inside of my right hand rear wheel, looks like its spraying up a bit too... a seal of some sort?

A couple of questions before any comments--- what year is your Delica?

Regarding the lamps, check your battery bay for fried connectors or burnt out fusible links. If you have fog lamps you can turn your running lamps (also known as marker lamps) on with that switch as the fogs are designed to run with the running lamps.
