Need Parts

Post by TunerJunkie »

Hey Everybody,

New to here and even working on Delicas for that matter. In need of some Rocker Arms & possibly the Rocker Shaft aswell. Just curious as to where a person would be able to find something like this for one of these vehicles. If anybody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Greg

Welcome to Delica Canada :M

Take a look through "Delica Canada Technical", there are references that might be useful to you, some pages require you to be logged in to see them. Of course not all "Delicas" are the same, the Space Gear and the Starwagon are completely different, however some of the parts are the same, such as ball joints &c.. Delica FAQ Section, L300 Dedicated Category Reference Forum and L400 Dedicated Category Reference Forum can be of immense help. Although the Delicas were never sold in North America, many of the parts were, but under different parts codes, i.e.; the brake light switch for the Starwagon was also used in Suzukis. Lordco has a cross reference list for each, although I understand that the Space Gear list is not as populated as the Starwagon list.

Many of the Mechanic shops in Delicadom have connexions to Asia and bring supplies in that way. There are some suppliers, such as Rocky Mountain Imports or Maximum Overdrive ~ otherwise you'll be buying from other mechanics. There is quite a network in place for these vehicles and this site has a lot of information ~ you just have to take the time to do the research.

Be well,

Falco.
