Charlebois High School, 1983. 2525 Alta Vista Drive... the French school board gave my school away to the English school board and they renamed it St. Patrick's.

nice 1970s purple and orange carpeting in the school... probably that's long gone.

Oh and if you found somewhere in Ottawa that can do maintenance on JDMs that might be interesting.
Otherwise you might want to try a mechanics place which specializes in all the "weird" vehicles like ambulances, police cruisers, etc. Those places tend to have competent, experienced mechanics.

The way I understand it, the problem with owning a Deli in Ontario has less to do with maintenance and repair than it does with trying to find an insurer. Maybe that's been covered in another thread.
It's not just a van, it's an entire subculture!

Buying my Delica was a major eye opener for me, I'd say 90% of the general public has no idea how limiting the vehicle sales market is in Canada. I bought mine back in March and am still reeling and angry about it. So many back-room deals must have taken place to end up with what we have, unbelievable. :-(
