dash lights and rear lights wont work

Hi I am a very new Delica owner and have a l300 spacegear.
My issue, the dash lights wont go on nor the headlights or rearlights.
Replaced fuse but as soon as I flick light switch the fuse blows again.
I think its a wiring issue. Has anyone else has this pronlem any advice before I start working
On it tomorrow? Anything will help. Thanks

Hi Tegan,

Just to clarify: L300 = Starwagon; L400 = Space Gear.

If it's a Starwagon then I'd suggest these posts as a start:

For me it was a small plastic connector in the battery bay that had burned out. There are also fuseable links in the battery bay that can be an issue. Sometimes fuses behind the glove box can be involved, though not often. Overlanderjay is a good guy to talk to.
