Info on Replacement Door Glass

Hey all,

Thanks to our wonderful BC roads, I'm in need of a new piece of glass for my drivers side door. She's a 93 L300

I'm just looking for some info at the moment.

1. Are the doors different for high roof/low roof/crystal light? (I don't think so, but...)
2. Has anyone gone through ICBC for replacemnts? (P.I.T.A.? or piece of cake?)
3. Does anyone have a ballpark price for the new glass?
4. Any idea on where to get it? I've read through a few searches that a few of the usual parts dealers have had them at different times, but right now ???

It might be worth talking to ICBC just to determine their attitude for some time when you really need them. If they help you out it shouldn't affect your premium assuming you have comp. Let us know what happens.
