General Ride quality question

My van rides pretty rough I know it needs new bushings on the front sway bars and the rear swaybar links are worn. I was wondering if replacing these would make it ride a bit smoother. Especially for those in the back of the bus as they tend to complain a bit haha.

What are your shocks like?
When I finally changed front and rear shocks on my L300 it
was an amazing difference. Also check your tire pressure.
Higher pressure generally means a rougher ride.

Has anyone noticed a big difference replacing the front swaybar bushings? Maybe I'll replace the shocks in the spring.

I have a pajero but same idea. Yes replacing all the sway bar links and bushings did wonders for the handeling. More control through corners and surprise surprise less sway. Its inexpensive and worth it in every way.. However ride comfort would have to do more with t bars springs and most importantly shocks. If your shocks are worn you will get more chater off road and bounce quite a bit. If you hit a sleeping policeman and you continue to bounce 2 or 3 times chances are they are shot. Or you can easily pop one off amd compress it by hand. If it stays compressed and doesnt try to expand out to full range its safe to say...its junk. Safe bet is all new. Cheapest is just new shocks. If the poor ride quality is a big bump or bang then you may be bottoming out on the ass end.. that would also mean new springs.
