Grab handles

Just installed 33 inch tires and the Paj is a little tall for the trophy wife. My old land cruiser had two grab handles for each seat. The ones that are in the Paj currently are not good enough. Does anyone know about A-pillar grab handles for a 94 Pajero? I read somewhere that Delica handles will transplant. Anyone have experience with this? Are there mounts built in behind the trim?
