Hi All. I have to replace my very tired tires and need some guidance. I rarely go off road, in fact i think i have only been on a gravel road once in the past 2 years !! so what i need is a quiet ride, great grip, and rain capable.
Any recommendations would be so appreciated.

All terrain, truck tire load rated, and I've got over 25,000 kms on mine and sticky in the torrential rain and sleet in North Van. Highly recommended, but they are pricey for sure. Got them at Kal Tire.
235/75 R15, $183.78 each, $735.12 for four plus $92.00 wheel balancing, $13.80 valve stems + HST

Hey,
Grab yourself of the vatiivas if you can,
I believe they have been replaced by
the Rotiiva which looks kickass and has the
Snowflake rating as well.(My vatiivas are M+S rated)
The newer rotiivas seemed to have a bit
Of a softer compound which might make them
wear a little faster.
The vatiivas have been by far the best all-terrain tire
I have owned.
The Goodyear dura-trac/territory (can tire) and authourity (wal-mart) are good too and might be cheaper.
They are somewhat more aggressive as well,
Which you might not want.

I like my Yoko ATS's (LT235/75R15). Quiet ride and off road capable should you change your mind.

When I got my Deli 2 yrs ago it just had some off-brand street radials on it. Nothing special. Went off-raod once and survived.
I did replace them with the Yokohama Geolanders. Comparatively the Yoko's are a little louder (not much), a harder ride for sure, but much better in the lousy weather. I went for HT's as opposed to to the AT's since I do very little off-road as well.
I didn't go to oversized. Stock for vehicle was 215, the old tires were 225 and the latest are 235's.
After the new tires: Gas milage dropped a little, Deli sits an inch or two higher. Overall I'm happy with them.
