Crazy Electrical Problems

Heya, had some crazy things going on all at the same time onmy Mitsubishi Delica 1992 Van.
My tail lights and dash lights have all gone out, the horn goes off randomly and the exaust light on the dash has come on to.
I had the fuses all checked for the dash and tail lights but they were all ok. Any idea's anyone?

Check your grounds, your battery connections, your fusable links( most likely), the horn going off randomly is a separate thing the foam is broken down between the two plates causing the switch to contact.

It's likely your fusible links in the battery compartment.
