Any chance this could be moved to a different location? When I try to press 'active topics' on my iPhone I end up clicking this half the time which prompts safari to open a new page. It's quite frustrating considering I use my phone to view this site the majority of the time (including now).
Ps. This is what a helpful site suggestion looks like.

Depends on your zoom level, I have hit it a few times myself. Now, if we could only get the tapatalk pop-up to stop showing, this site would be perfect on iphone/ipad.
The google button, I never like those types of buttons either. Those types of functions always seem to want to attach your info with the recommendation which I dislike. I usually go for the view active topics button, which I can't read usually but I seem to hit with a high accuracy now.
Personally, I don't see the point of all the +1's anyways - is there a site that has a listing of the +1's? How do I tell which pages are more popular than other?
I also agree with the other poster: can we please turn off the Tapatalk-mobile-device detected? It's annoying as frell!
You might as well remove it considering the way it has been implemented is badly flawed. I assume its a plugin for phpbb? Not a good one unfortunately.
You should be able to +1 an individual post and thats about it. That would be a really meaningful way to leverage the +1 for a forum. This would elevate specific content on the social media site and encourage clickthroughs and discussion.
Instead it has been implemented so that the target of the +1 is any index or thread page. This won't really have a productive effect on G+.
There was a rant? I missed it? Dagnabbit, I'm missing ALL the good rants lately.
Seriously though - can we turn the Tapatalk thingy off? Post a thread on the FAQs telling people this forum is Tapatalk compatible and then those of us using mobile devices that can render the screen properly can be left to read without being bothered by a popup.
Google +1 button is now removed (Hopefully this avoids a few accidental clicks).
mararmeisto - I wasn't aware that Tapatalk was causing popups to appear on certain mobile devices (doesn't do this on my Blackberry). Are you running on iPhone?
Seems that there was a common issue with the previous version of Tapatalk which was generating a popup that interfered with the login button. According to the Tapatalk website, the new version (which is now installed on this board) should correct for this problem
I do not have an iPhone (which I believe is the platform that was giving rise to problems), so iPhone users please let me know whether the the issue has resolved.
