Today I put touch up paint on every little spot I could find including a rather large scrape from the Whipsaw trail last September. I also started getting some equipment together for my trip in 3 weeks which included finding and installing an LED light I had hanging around. Lots of small stuff still to come but I'm feeling the time crunch now!

Today I installed my mud flaps / fender flares, made some rear hatch supports out of j-bead, locked my shovel and ave to my basket, took off my steering wheel and fixed my wonky indicators and fixed a portion of my roof.

Hey what did you use for the cable contraption on your mud flappers? I was thinking about doing the same thing but did not know what to use. Looks pretty good- almost like you are ready

It's stainless steel aircraft cable with aluminum crimps. I used some bolt cutters to crimp them together (my ghetto solution). Be warned though, stainless steel cable is not cheap, 15' was $36!

My friend Katie wanted a place to put her books while we're camping so I made her some bookshelves. One side is removable / adjustable and the other is fixed. I also received my LED back-up light's, rated at 1,200 lumens and 17 Watts they should do nicely for blinding the tailgaters behind me.
