Just wondering if anyone can recommend a mechanic with some Delica experience in Vancouver - preferably west side.

But I was down in Utah canyon country in the fall for a Green River canoe trip before I got my Delica and I have dreams about going again with the Delica - it's awesome down there.

Hey All, I really hate to be the one that might cause a rumour being spread by posting this but thought I would check as it would be a severe downer if it happened unknowingly. I heard from a friend of a friend of my brother (you get the idea) that US border might not let a RHD cross into the States...

I think there is a mini babyboom going on right now :lol:

I'll let you know when it looks like my head is above water but keep me posted if you chat with any trailer hitch guys.

Sounds good but can't say how much control over my life I'll have for the coming weeks (re:baby). I doubt I'll need anything before spring so if you can wait until around then...

Thanks - do you know if they need to remove the rear bumper?

I'm also interested in getting a trailer hitch if you ever come across any VanIsle info (I believe Vancouver Island Custom Car Imports will based on another posting but like to have more than one choice).

Finally have my Delica...91 Super Exceed...and lovin' it.

If there are any other Delica owners in my neighbourhood it would be great to hear from you - maybe share info on mechanics, getting biodiesel etc.
