My mechanic is 99% sure that some of the work that was done caused the change and I would agree. It would be a real fluke if the head gasket developed a leak while sitting on his hoist. Thought of that too, but it doesn't seem to burble all the time and no discoloration of the coolant. And this began immediately after the work was done. It seems strange to me.

Recently had my van repainted and after the steps and bull bars were removed I decided not to put them back on. If anyone would like them they are free for the taking. They are white and are in need of paint. You may have the fog lights as well.

Didn't have a brand in mind, just know that those companies make a engine oil flush. Do you know of one that is better than the rest.

While on the topic of oil and opinions, what opinions are there out there about doing an engine oil flush with a Gunk or Amsoil product?
