Does anyone here have some helpful tips on replacing the transfer case seal , part number, where to get ,what is the oil in it and how much do I need , any help much appreciated.

The head arrived yesterday morning, got it on and just came back from Alice Lake, so far so good .
here are a couple of pictures .

I do have a Pyrometer and monitor those exhaust temps. comming through the turbo. I still think the cooling system can be much improved and that is why I decided to submit this post.

After a lot of searching I found one here for under $700.00 CND shipped UPS complete with a gasket set and new head ...

Hi Rattlenbang, I just got received a reply from the supplier whose link you sent me and he says that head is a 20 mm injector and not 22mm just want to make sure I am ordering the right one, cheers.
