Saw that some on the site said the warning light can come on when the brake fluid is low. Just had my brakes done and was wondering if the resavoir is the one up behind the panel by the sterring wheel?

Sorry, ya more info would be nice. Usually when it is cold but not always it just seems to be stiff moveing, physically, from park to drive or reverse. It has never done it before. I thought maybe a lube issue
