Yeah me too!!I could push the piston in and it would not return on both sides.Now it does not feel like when I go over a large speed bump my bushbar will scrape the pavement. Yeah...so it seems that when the bumper area was hit, it pushed the metal in just enough that the latch will catch, but the 2nd latch won't engage. Hence the light always being on.
I wonder if i could just slip the two wires off their connections to the latch, rather than cutting the wires???
