Re: Insulating the L400 rear cabin?
Not done the truck yet... but have just bought a VW T5 and am in the process of insulating that, over here we use a foil first glued to the panels with good heat rated spray glue, then fill the space with a recycled plastic insulation (cheap) or a sheeps wool based insulation, (expensive), not rockw...

Re: What did you do TO your Delica today?
so far this week, I have replaced the inclinometer, fitted a hands free phone kit and replaced the pop out window behind the drivers door due to the hinge seperating from the frame! it took me longer to peel the tint off the replacement window and clean it than it did to pull the busted one and stic...

Re: inclinometer plug
I drilled mine out then flushed the crap out with a mild cleaning solution, drained it and left it to dry in the sun for a few days, then refilled it, sealed the hole with a small self tapping screw and a coating of epoxy glue to seal it fully..... it still pissed out all over the inside of the dash...

Re: Panasonic 6-CD changer; radio region setting
jap radios work on lower frequencys to ours, well they do here in the UK, 20 Mhz lower, you may need a band expander? it adds the missing Mhz to your search range, the only problem is your radio will not display the extra 20 Mhz so when your tuned into a station it wont show the correct frequency on...

Do I have to apologize for throwing tea into Boston Harbor? Erich any reason given for not letting you in? apart from you being an Americ...

Re: Anti-theft Kill Switch?
I used to stick a kill switch onto the rear lights on a couple of cars I had, I figured that if they did get stolen and driven off they were more likely to get pulled by the police for having no rear lights!

Re: Well that is *beeping* annoying...
