help! smashed my driver side mirror

just wondering where i could find the glass to fit in my driver side mirror? the frame is fine, just the glass smashed.

Decal Removal

Hey,

can anyone suggest a good place to get the factory decals removed from my L300 in Van? How much do you estimate it will cost? Will I be happy with the results? Or is this not a good idea....

its a 1996 Delica L300 Active World. I'm not a mechanic but I will look into that...could be just the angle of the shot. Its a high roof and they seem to look like the end stick up a bit...
