Delica Canada | Mitsubishi Van Club

The time has come for me to put my beloved L300 up for sale! This van is solid and reliable and all the work that has been done on it was with the intention of keeping it. Things change and I am making a shift over to the dark side - yup, L400! So... this is an opportunity to buy a nice little beast of a low-roof!

1992 Mitsubishi Delica Starwagon P25 (low roof), 2.5 litre turbo diesel, automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive.
Blue over silver/grey paint, 8 seater, low profile rear spoiler.
Power steering, power brakes, dual zone heat/air conditioning.
134,000 km

Reversible front bench with jump seat, split folding/sliding rear bench.
Grey interior with the more durable fabric.
Moon roof (it's huge!).

New 2" longer Procomp 9000 shocks installed with lift kit - July 01, 2010
5 brand new tires (including spare) - Goodyear DuraTrac 235/75/15 with nitrogen - Oct 27, 2010
Custom made front skid plate (Fishslapper's)
2-1/2" side exit exhaust with Magnaflow stainless muffler
Injection pump rebuilt by CVI - 127,000km - March 27, 2010
CVI "Delica Tune" and additional items - March 26, 2010 - $1021.79:
-fuel filter
-greasing of all ball joints, tie rods and drive shafts
-retighten all chassis bolts
-cleaned injectors
-new Mitsubishi OEM drive belts
-block heater and installation
Headlights replaced with higher quality "DEPO" 'E'-code lights and Silverstar bulbs - bright! - March 26, 2010
Front rotors and calipers replaced
Recently replaced glow plugs - Spring, 2010
Trailer hitch and wiring
Superwinch manual hubs (not yet installed) - auto hubs currently on van
Wood and metal steering wheel - Indy 500

Aluminum roof basket - Maximum Overdrive version
Removeable protective carpets

This van has been running well on Canadian streets for 3 years. It has been very reliable and a joy to drive.
The not-so-common blue over silver/grey colour looks really nice.
It was previously insured in BC and passed Aircare with no problems.
Now registered in Alberta and passed the Out of Province Inspection with no problems.

The van is dirty from the recent snow melt so I haven't teken any pics of it with the new tires on. Here's a couple pics for now so you have an idea of what it looks like. Thanks for the good wishes! It was a very difficult decision to make the switch. I really love my L300 and it gains a lot of attention. Someone will really enjoy it!

I spent about an hour talking over Delicas with Mr. Jaggedfish and then took his van for a ride.

This is a very well taken care of Delica and it runs like a dream. Unfortunately, to avoid getting the hairy eyeball from my wife, I'll be looking for an L400, but this van will be perfect for someone looking for a nicely equipped 300.

Well... I finalized the sale of my beloved Delica. Happy it is sold but sad to see it go.

She has gone to a wonderful home, super cool people and I think it's a happy ending to a sad story of loss for the new owner. I hope she brings you as much joy as she has to me. Cheers you guys!
