Consumables are readily available; I carry a printout in my truck of all the part numbers. Its easy enough to get online and check the wiki too.

I carry spare filters always. Anything major you can have shipped out from BC in a jam.

Probably don't have you tell you, don't go on a major road trip without a full service. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

I stumbled upon my parts list printout; see attached.

Fair warning: haven't checked for updates since I made this in May.

Hi, thanks for the effort to make this list and post it.
I assume it is valid for 2.5 Pajero also.

a lot of american parts stores will not help you if your vehicle is not in their computers. particularly the chain stores. try to get as many napa numbers as you can becuase we have those here too of course.
the 2.5 was also in a Dodge truck called the Dodge D50 i believe, so sometimes youll be able to cross that way.

bring with you contact info for all the BC parts suppliers in case you need an overnight or 2nd day parcel sent. be extra sure theyre gonna send the right part the first time, even respected profesional delica parts suppliers have made a mistake. perhaps email a photo of the broken part if you can....

the main thing is: dont push it, it takes a little longer to get from a to b in a delica then most other vehicles. keep it cool, let the turbo cool down for a few minutes after a hard run...

bon voyage!
