Hi Jwboard, Welcome to Delica Canada
I think you've done a beautiful paint job, at least in the pictures. Where in the Netherlands are you based? Also, could you please update your location in your profile?
Cheers!
Falco.

Ahh! This Subaru van brings back good memories. Friends of yours? Our family owned a couple of them as I was a child. One reason why I fell in love with L300s right away.

Nope we met this guys on our summer trip. He was camping alone in it for 3 months around spain. Super cool van and i love the interior you can make like 10 diffrent interiors with a bed until 8 sit places in a mini mini mini van hahahahahaha.
Ow and if your dad's dutch it counts :P

I love that blue colour - one we don't see in the JDMs. I just saw a wicked colour-combination on a automotive show this weekend: a blue like that and gun-metal grey - looked great! Maybe when my Pajero needs a re-do on the paint... hmmm.
BTW: I sailed with a Dutch fellow when I was in the Navy... does that count for something?

Hahahahahha no it does not count (iam an ex armyboy so i dont count sailor as dutch at al :P)
Thanx for the compliment of the color to bad it has a lot of bad spots so i do need a repaint in about 4 years iam afraight, but then i can make it non shiny black (dunno the proper english word)
I also just bought a nice ex-army box waterproof for on the roof rack :D:D:D:D working on the paint job now will post pics later

You army types are all the same... until you need a ride somewhere!
Welcome to the group. "Matte Black" is the phrase you're looking for non-shiny black. Just know that it'll increase the inside temperature of your vehicle after it's been sitting in the sun for a while. Still, it could look good. Be sure to throw up some pictures once done.
Where did you get the pop-top from? A VW van? I like the sink setup as well - that's pretty cool.

thanx for correcting my spelling hahahahaha. I was thinking about the temprature indeed. I like it matt grey as well but my best camper buddy is getting that on his hotrod style VW T3 so its pretty lame if i get the same color. but anyway its a thing i wanna do that in about 4 years if i get some money :D.
I dunno what the pop up roof is from i dont think its a vw roof as its real wide (to wide for a L300) The sink is real nice because its a long wheelbase high roof with a popup roof i can stand up straight to cook or stand outside because its a double door and iam real tall, but i must say i usualy cook on a cooker just sitting outside.
Now iam saving money for a small roof rack
http://www.service-on-top.nl/product_in ... cts_id=210
to put my luggage box in and a extra yerrycan. And in front iam gona put my spare tyre. men it will look so awsome :D
