Edmonton Delica hopeful

Hello all,

I have been a member for a short time now without introduction. I will soon be in the market for a "new" vehicle and my wife and I are seriously considering a Delica as it seems like the ideal fit for our lifestyle. We have not settled on an l300 or l400 and would like to have a peek around one or two before we buy. I am no stranger to "odd" vehicles requiring maintenance and long waits for parts. I have owned two Lada Nivas and was very happy with both (I am an odd duck). I noticed some Calgary owners in the forum that were ready to show and tell their Delicas, just wondering if an Edmonton member might be free to show off? Thanks all!

Hello Dingus! Welcome to Delica Canada :M

You are talking about the Alberta meet on the weekend of the 18th September in Calgary?
September 2010 Calgary Deli-Meat?

Get involved and post something in that forum. See if you can hook up with them and meet real Albertan Delica riders!

Falco.

Thanks for the welcome Falco. Wish I could make the Delimeat, but real life (work) will have me tied up. Hopefully I will have a little more free time in the future to make it south to meet up with the Calgary crowd.

Firesong- just wondering if you realize this thread has been abandoned for almost 2.5 years. Not sure if Dingus is even with us anymore.
