Today The Teacher Is The Pupil: When Dealing With Disputes.

I found this on the web and it really made me think ~ so I would like to share it with you.
In this club we are much like a family. Sometimes we are dealing with external disputes such as big bullies trying to take our wagons away from us or even internal disputes such as which way to go on a Delica Canada road trip. When I saw this ten minute vid it blew my mind how grade four pupils united for the benefit of one of their own classmates and stood up to a relatively powerful authority (their teacher) in a clear and comprehensive manner without altercation.
Tell me what you think.
