New driver soon

Post by lefunz »

Hi everyone.

Im planning my self to have a Delica in the future. I came across this superb car with the Idea Of making myself a Camper Van. I was soo pleased to find out that a 4wD Van exists!! Thanks Mitsubishi!. Right now, I live In Montreal city ,in Quebec. And was double pleased to see this car is Findable inside of Canada. Here in Quebec I probably never saw one, but the BC seems to be the place to find one.

So Now I have a problem, I Don't know which one I'd prefer between the L300 or the L400 models. I like More the L300 looks. But the L400 seems more sturdy and more made for me.

but

What I like from the L400 is

-stronger
-seems more stable
-Parts interchangeable with a Montero? (is it true that?, because I live In Quebec and there not so many Delicas here)

what I like from The L300 is

-Better looks

So I have question. Is the L300 easier to maintain the the other? since its older, less gadgets and technology stuff into it.

Is the L300 modifiable to have as performant as a L400?...its probably expensive.

The best of 2 worlds would be an L300 that is as strong as a 1400.

But I think im leaning more towards the L400.

Any thoughts?

thx for reading :-)

Better do some homework if you are in :o Quebec :o as they won't let you register a right hand drive and the lefthand drive delis are quite rare.
But otherwise yes the L400 has a bit more horsepower but won't give you the cool aura that you get with an L300. :-D
