I currently work in afghanistan with us army. I have a L400 possibly a early 2000 model year she runs great but push the gas pedaland she boggs down. I need a website that I can buy parts for it. if you have any logistical help please reply to this.

Hmm... There are a couple of parts groups on this site that will ship all over Canada, even the US but not sure about Afghanada. Where did you get the L400 from? Do they not have connexions? There will also be parts groups operating out of Australia, the UK, Russia, of course Japan, the Philippines...Perhaps consider the UK or Australia as they speak English. Two parts groups on this site that comes to mind is Rocky Mountain Imports, who gets new OEM parts; and CC Autos who has second hand parts. Both ship.
