I needed some parts quickly the same day in Vancouver.

I ordered the parts from Paul over the phone at 11am and picked them up at Harbour Air collect at the airport at 3pm on the mainland.

Now that's service.

For those of you who don't know, it costs less to ship a good sized package via Harbour Air $10-20 in 30mins than it does overnight Greyhound.

I've also had excellent service from Paul. He gets the parts out to me in Manitoba faster than I could expect, and I always get a same day reply from him.

Back in October, I had a bit of a hustle on a Friday and really needed to get some parts installed over the weekend. Ordered from Paul and was extremely happy with how it all worked out. He was very quick to get in touch to sort out the details and I had the bits in hand by Friday evening.

Great idea to start this thread; I know that I'm guilty of pointing out shortcomings when I run into bad service and often forget to highlight the really good experiences.

But seriously i want my customers to have a level of service that i would expect to receive myself,fast responses and shipping just 2 of them.
And i have used Harbour Air a few times and there service is very good and the prices are very low.With the fastest shipping from Island to Mainland for sure its an option i will use again and again.
