I'm wondering if these are easy to remove. I'm looking to mount a GPS at visor height and I would like to hide the cable behind the cover. Any one have any experience with doing this?
Thanks

Not horrible, but a trial like everything else. Its got one automotive clip about 4 to 6 inches from the bottom and otherwise its tucked under the moulding for the front windshield.
First, pull off the door trim. Then pry it out until you can see the clip, pop it and work the molding up and towards you. Getting it back in is about the same, only reverse. To get it tucked in under the front rubber trim, use a bent screwdriver or an auto clip popper. But, be careful, touch it with metal, and it scrapes easy. Good Luck.

Cool, thanks for the response. Is there much room underneath for wires?

Not a ton of room, but you should be able to run wire if needed. Perhaps 3 to 5mm.
