Just Bought my L300

Post by Mbryant »

Well today we put a down payment on a 93 Delica L300 and I will be picking it in a week. :-D

I live in Bracebridge Ontario and I have been considering buying a VW Camper van for the last year but then this summer I was in Godrich Ontario and I saw the coolest van ever and one of my friends told me it was some kind of Mitsubishi. A few minutes of research told me it was a Delica and I was suddenly smitten by a small Japanese 4X4.

A few days later I saw one for sale in the Gravenhurst area at the Paddleshack. Jay the current owner was great at answering all my questions and very patient as we took about a month to come to a decision. My wife was unsure so today we went for another test drive so she could drive it. Turns out she liked driving it so we went in and told Jay we would take it. I am so pumped.

Oh and big thanks to Josh D from BC who was very helpful with ideas and questions to ask.
