Anyone know who was in Pacific City Oregon last week? Happy to see another Delica as I pulled in to enjoy a few cold ones at Pelican Bay Brewery...

It wasn't me but man do I ever love that place! Cape Kiwanda is about the perfect location for a about a week of parking on the beach, camping, and surfing.

maybe was me?... I was in OR last week. Did not see any Delicas and it seemed to be a rare vehicle by the comments we got.

Hey - probably would have helped if I had posted the colour of the van - it was green (on green I think) with a bunch of surf boards on top... So no - not you - and I know what you mean about the rare vehicle comments.
"Is that some sort of space vehicle?" Uh - yeah, I just returned from a mission to mars and they let me keep the van as a bit of a thank you for my willingness to participate in the space (d out) program. That and the van is just perfect for hauling my wife and kids around Oregon!

AWESOME BEACH. So is that a state campground or do you know of one down there. I've done Seaside, but that looked 100 times better.

That photo is from Beverly Beach, close to Newport. Camping in the beach is not allowed, there's a state campground at Beverly Beach, quite nice.

That may have been me. Pacific City is my fav place on the whole coast. Such a great place. Good people. Awesome surf. Beautiful :)
