Very close to becoming a new Delica owner and want o give a huge props to this forum
as I have been reading every thread and been obsessing over it for about a year!!!! wife thinks I'm crazy
but i feel it has given me tons of information and put me in the best position to make an informed decision......

I was on the forum for a year before i got my delica......well i was waiting for my delica actually. (long story) I found everybody here great to talk to and very welcoming !! specially that JAY and Christine couple !!!

Welcome to the Cult, glad you got yr courage up to post online, see that step was easy. Now, next step you gotta meet some delli in person, kick tires, lie down on the chair-bed, and generally "feel" the deli. Too bad you missed the recent meet-up, they are great to compare options, and everyone loves a new person to show-off their deli (kinda like proud parents showing stinkin baby photos, except our delis dont stink). Please update yr profile, where are you, what do you plan to do with it (commute, camp, chauffeur stinky babies, tow boats, or??). If you're around Burnaby, let's meet up,

I will take your wife for a women only drive around the area to give her a chance to drive it, and show how wonderful a delii is, safe, easy to drive, comfy, and best of all lots of room for "stuff" -- my deli is kinda like a large handbag for my stuff.
