Would it be wise to install a tranny cooler?
I will be towing approx 1400lbs. 13' Boler.

Thanks

It already comes with one, and two oil coolers.

A Boler shouldn't be much of an issue as long as you monitor your rpms and drive accordingly.

2 oil coolers? I thought it was a tranny cooler, an oil cooler and 2 condensers for the A/C?

Transmission cooler on the driver's side under the step, air conditioner on the passenger side, oil cooler at the bottom of the radiator, and another behind the nose piece. With the radiator itself, that makes five cooling systems for this engine, making it quite robust.

I decided to have a look, not to be an ass, but to ensure that consistent info is getting presented. Bruce states it slightly differently.

The main one just in front of the engine is for the engine cooling.
The silver one in front of that is the A/C condenser.
The long thin one mounted in the front grill is the oil cooler.
The one in front of the drivers side front wheel is the A/T cooler.
The one in front of the passenger side front wheel is the secondary A/C condenser.

HTH??

Bruce.

Now I'm going to have to dig out my manual...

But Bruce has probably got it more right than my memory is serving me, considering he's torn apart a number of these vans.
