Don't buy a lift kit...

If you're going to downsize your wheels!!! 8-) It sure doesn't look as good!

I'm getting ready for my road trip but didn't want to cross Canada on my 31" mud tires so I got some used Toyota rims, got them painted, thanks Marie (Pedro's fiancee) and got some used 30x9.5r15 AT mounted. Now my ride has lost all of her sex appeal! :-(

The offset is 4.75 which brings that 7" rim back to stock but I would have prefer to find a 3.75" offset to have the wheels stick out a bit more. But that's what I found and they still work great.

And the difference between the 2 tires is way more than 1", at least 2" bigger for the 31...

:-D Looks funny for sure, but we all know how nice Mitsushi looks with her monster wheels. At least Dino and her have now something common. Black rims...Niiiiiice!

High roller!

If you want to sell those rims when you get back, let me know... i've been pondering a set like that for the 4Runner!

David, the tires are fine --- are you insulting the tires I have on MY TardisDeli -- BF Goodrich All Terrain AT tires are wonderful. You won't get any more rice crispy squares from me. It is merely the crap rims you CHEAPED out on that looks odd, Get some real delica rims.

Bon Voyage, Christine.

Hey David,

Ummmmm.....oh nevermind. lol

give me a call when you get this....need to discuss a glitch in the winch bumper that is....as far as
I know.....exclusive to your vehicle. We'll need to talk alternatives.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa....Hold the phone! Am I right in assuming that a 1996 4runner and a 1993 Deli share the same bolt pattern?! If so let the good times roll!!!! I don't need to buy rims for the Falcon when it shows up! Can someone please quickly crush or validate my dreams? I must plead ignorance when it comes to bolt patterns, rim size etc....

Also Delicat....Did you sand blast the old toyota rims before you painted them?

Have a safe and wonderful trip Delicat!

Mmmm, the delica has a 6 bolt pattern, the 4runner... :?

......A SIX bolt pattern!!! Yeah the whole ignorance thing really is bliss. I just wasn't sure, and still aren't (am not?), that all 6 bolts are the same.
This means the AR767s I currently have on the 4runner can go on the Deli....and the old 4runner rims can get the Delicat treatment! Nice....very very nice!

Ya Bigbird,

Toyota 6 lugs and Delica have the same bolt pattern, just different offset at times. There's also a bunch of GM, Nissan... that fit on the Delica.

So you should be in luck.

Cheers!

One more change for my road trip. I put the old pod back on the roof, that should clear some inside room. And I even washed my van, that's a new one for me!

Actually she doesn't look too bad with the smaller rubber. It makes the lift look bigger! And it drives nicely as well.
