Plenty of adventures planned, mostly into and around Europe. Having recently married, Anna and I bought this as part of our honeymoon package. We intend to travel every inch of Europe in our holidays over the next few years, so our honeymoon isnt over in 2 weeks flat!

That's a great idea. Having done a 33-day road trip this summer, and loving travel in every form, I applaud you. Welcome. I trust you will keep the forum updated on your trips.

Now that's a place that evokes all kinds of images. Will read with avid interests. You do know there is a section on the forum for "Member trips", right? You'll find postings for quite a few trips by members.

If you want way too much information about travel by vehicle, check out the Expedition Portal forum. Warning: it is a huge time sinkhole! :-D

Welcome tot eh forum, that's a nice machine you have there! I like the narrow rack and airfoil! Pretty unique for this group (most of us seem to be stuck in the "I need the biggest rack ever! I want third world countries living under my rack it's so big! " category! )

:-D :-D yeah i liked it as it doesnt obscure the crystalite roof. no point not using the light inside when ya can. i dont envisage carrying much, anything long will still go on the bars, anything small pops into the crate 8-)

Welcome miller! I replaced Hazel's struts because they would not hold up the hatch once we put a ladder on it. I got them from Rocky Mt. Imports here in BC (RMI here at delica.ca). They took a while to get here, but were worth the cost and the wait. The door floats up now, rather than floating down like it did with originals. There should be a supplier over there somewhere - maybe Mystery Machine Bruce can steer you in the right direction (I am assuming you're the same "miller" on the UK deli forum?). Good luck finding some. Hope you post some of your upcoming travels here - enjoy the bus :M :-D

You can't introduce the Deli without showing us a pic of the Legnum! I hope to pick up one eventually as well - great for putting around town, then scaring the pants off yourself in the hills!

Nice looking Deli too, that sky blue over white is actually really growing on me.

Hey, I resemble that remark :-D

Surprisingly, with the ammo cases down the centre, the CrystalLite isn't actually blocked very much. When I had them down the sides for the trip, yes, they blocked. But even them an amazing amount of light came through.

And even though my rack is 53" x 96" (4'5" x 8') (1.3 x 2.5m), it isn't even the largest on the forum. I really want to meet the person with the biggest -- can't remember who that is.
