recently re-located to vancouver and I am looking for a new mechanic for my Delica. Any suggestions?

Depends on your location - but have relied on or know people who recommend the following;
Crown Automotive - North Van
RJD - North Van
All Japan Auto - Abbotsford
Japanoid - New West
CVI - Richmond
There are many more of course, these are just the few I've either had contact with (and support) or have recommendation from others first hand.
