Delica Canada | Mitsubishi Van Club

Hi!

First, my excuses for my English that, at the moment to write, I’ve few opportunities to practice it

I’m from Reus, Catalonia, in Spain. Searching for any information about this van, I arrived at your site that I thanks you very much for it, it helped me in my decision of finally purchase my van.

Bought it this last July, this is my L300 4WD GLX, a P25WL with a 2.5 diesel turbo engine, initially registered in 1994.

They’re no more than 100 units of L300’s in continental Spain, because this model was not officially imported by MMCE (Mitsubishi Motors Corporation – Spain), and only can be purchased as new by prior order. More of the actually are running, are second hand private imported from the Canary Islands (they’re Spain territory too, but out of the European Union economic area), or from Germany. Therefore, it is difficult to find information, and spares, of this model.

And that’s all. I expect to be able to collaborate in the future with the club.

Welcome to our club! It's very nice to see such a vehicle bringing people from different part of the world closer together! I'm sure you'll find most of the answers you are looking for on this site and you'll find that there's a few of us that also speak spanish so don't hesitate to keep in touch!

Good luck with your new van and as you'll find on this site, best word of advise is to get a good initial tune up on your van!

Bienvenido al club. Yo tengo mi Delica (1991) hace 1 año y estoy muy contento con el. Como es un auto de 16+ años he tenido que hacerle bastante mantenimiento el cual es un poco costoso aqui en Canada, pero lo he disfrutado mucho de todas formas.

Is your vehicle a left hand drive?

looks like not only is your delica left hand drive, but there are sliding doors on both sides too!! i think i see a handle on the passenger side. our vans have that handle on the door side only.

I'm pretty sure all the LHD ones have two sliders, not 100% on that though.
